After six years of visiting New Zealand on holidays, my husband Jens, a licensed architectural designer, our daughter Larissa and I made the move to Ahipara. We had fallen in love with the Far North and knew it was the place we wanted to call home.

With over 29 years of experience in international real estate, sales and marketing, including “turn key” off-plan developments, I bring a well-established track record as a salesperson, manager and business owner. My background spans residential, lifestyle, rural and commercial sales, giving me broad and practical expertise across multiple property sectors.

My strengths lie in understanding what vendors and buyers truly need, building lasting relationships, developing and implementing effective strategies, and following through with precision. I’m known for my ability to solve problems, negotiate successfully and deliver results. I speak English, German and Spanish fluently.

I’m a fully qualified, licensed real estate consultant with a National Certificate in Real Estate. Before launching my own business under Marr & Co Realty, I worked for three years as a Business Development Manager in New Zealand’s housing industry, significantly boosting both company profile and sales volume. From there, I transitioned into real estate in the Far North, achieving strong outcomes that met the expectations of both vendors and buyers.

I also spent time with Farmlands Real Estate, specialising in rural and lifestyle properties across the region. This role gave me in-depth insight into New Zealand’s farming sectors, including dairy and horticulture. With my passion for rural property and a sharp understanding of the market, I quickly built a strong local reputation.
